This book is a must have for your quilt book collection. It is NOT a quilt pattern book, but it is definitely a book of inspiration.About 4 years ago, there was a quilt exhibit in NYC in conjunction with Joanna Rose and the American Folk Art Museum. 653 red and white quilts were put on display. All the of the quilts are from Mrs. Rose's personal collection. The exhibit was a birthday gift from her husband. (Just sayin...she's a lucky lady for at least 2 reasons.) 350 pages of red and white quilts and the story of how the exhibit came to be.
